Terms & Conditions

Ultimate Organizers will come into your home give you a free assessment and a written proposal. We require a signed contract and a deposit to begin the job. Once the job is complete payment is expected in full.

All of us at Ultimate Organizers are honored that you are allowing us to work with you towards the positive transformation of your life. In order to optimize our time with you, I would like to outline the following terms:

Confidentiality Statement
We understand that many times we will be involved with paperwork or items that may be personal and private. Each member of Ultimate Organizers adheres to a strong confidentiality code of ethis: We will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal, including that which may be revealed by other service providers. We will use proprietary client information only with the client's expressed permission. Any and all materials or information disclosed by the client during the consultation time will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and will not be disclosed to outside entities without expressed written permission from the client.

Payment Terms
In an effort to best accommodate your needs, we offer a variety of services as well as several payment options. Unless an alternate or prepayment plan is agreed upon, all payments are due at the completion of each appointment.  We accept cash, checks and money orders, as well as Pay Pal.  There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks.  You as the client are fully responsible for any onsite parking fees and any out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., supplies purchased to perform the services).  Please pay in full for any purchases made by a team member, with a check made out to Ultimate Organizers by the end of your appointment. We will also give you the receipt for any purchases they have made on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy
Making a commitment to transform your life can be a challenge as well as an exciting endeavor.  Organizing is hard work and is often very personal. Other than for Personal Assistant assignments, we use a one-on-one model that requires your full presence and attention. We commit to you that we will show up promptly for our appointments, and we have an expectation that you will be present for the full scheduled appointment time as well.  Should there be a need to cancel your time with us, we will need notification by phone from you at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule or the full appointment time will be charged to you. We have implemented this policy to emphasize your commitment to the process, as well as for our protection. If the cancellation or postponement is a result of a true life emergency, the cancellation fee of course will not apply.

Referral Policy
In order to ensure that you have continuity in excellence of service, Ultimate Organizers may offer recommendations about products and providers for the services that are not within our purview, or that we feel are adjunct to the work we perform for you. These are recommendations only and as such, the relationship and contract into which you enter with any referral is solely the responsiblity of the involved parties; Ultimate Organizers is in no way responsible.
